Organised by the Hong Kong Green Building Council and funded by the Construction Industry Council, the Hong Kong Green Shop Alliance (HKGSA) is pleased to present a series of “Capacity Building Workshops” tailored for mall and shop operators. Featuring experienced sustainability experts, the workshops provide interactive exchanges and in‑depth insights into the latest environmental trends in retail.

These dynamic workshops cover Energy Saving, Carbon Reduction Management, Waste Management, and ESG Practices, equipping industry practitioners with practical knowledge and skills to embed green practices into daily operations.

The journey continues with Pilot Programmes, enabling representatives from malls and shops to implement their learnings in real‑world settings. With tailored support from sustainability professionals, covering data collection, hardware installation, site reviews, and customised advice, participants will strengthen the environmental performance of their malls and shops.
